The training went through relevant information and statistics and touched the latest subjects that public is most focused on such as life of EU migrants after Brexit and counter terrorism.  Main goal of the training was to make all attendants able to help improve the quality and accessibility of services available to people who have experienced harassment and hate crime. Program also included discussion “Sandwell Council Equality Objectives 2016 – 2020” and exercises based on real cases with explanation and comments.
